Refund & Cancellation Policy – Rama Vision Marketing

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to professional services provided by Rama Vision Marketing Management (“Rama Vision”, “we”, “us”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1560363). Because we provide bespoke marketing, PR, influencer and outreach services rather than physical goods, the following terms apply.

Quotes, deposits and booking

Engagements are confirmed once you accept a proposal and, where applicable, pay a booking deposit. The deposit reserves our team’s time and covers initial planning and onboarding.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice to marketing@ramavision.ae.
Fees for work already performed, plus any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (e.g. advertising spend, media or influencer fees), remain payable.
Booking deposits are non-refundable once onboarding or work has begun.

Refunds

If you cancel before any work has started, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
For ongoing or retainer engagements, fees for the current period are non-refundable once that period’s work is under way; you may cancel future periods with the notice stated in your proposal.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.

Third-party and ad-spend costs

Money paid to third parties — advertising platforms, media outlets, influencers and similar — is governed by those parties’ own terms and is generally non-refundable once spent or committed.

Cancellation by us

We may end an engagement if fees are unpaid, if requested work would breach a platform’s rules or applicable law, or if continuing is otherwise unreasonable. In that case we will refund any pre-paid fees for services not yet delivered.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email marketing@ramavision.ae with your name, the engagement reference and the reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
